Our house had already been on the market for six months when I asked James to be our realtor. We knew each other over social media, and I liked his approach to realty. As soon as James started to advertise our home, we began to book showings on what seemed like every day! It became apparent that the house just wasn't going to be an easy sell, but that didn't deter James. He put in tons of work, from making info cards with information about the house history and neighborhood, to answering dozens of questions from interested buyers from all over the country. The entire time I felt that he was transparent with us, always keeping us involved and informed. After hundreds of showings, and a few offers that didn't quite take, James found us the perfect buyers. We sold our home and almost immediately turned our sights to another, quite a ways outside HRM. We asked James to book us a showing and he didn't hesitate to start helping us find a new home. He drove more than an hour each way for each showing, but it was worth it. We ended up buying our dream home very quickly, and James facilitated everything, and even calmed my nerves a few times (house selling/buying is stressful!) We move in to our new home just before Christmas, and we are so excited to raise our family there. I can't recommend James highly enough. Selling our first home was a full time job, and he was a true professional. He took us from our first home to our 'forever' home.
