James was really thoughtful in helping us develop a strategy to reposition the marketing effort and in a relatively short time, produced a buyer who we closed with. We asked James to help us find a smaller home after we sold the family home. Again, James listened closely to what we were looking for and showed us a number of reasonable candidates.
