Adding to this information was the transparent, no fluff delivery, and a property pricing strategy that made sense and I could understand. I was left with no reservations about listing with James, and an incredible feeling of trust and a belief that I was in good hands, and that he would get the best price for my property. The property was only on the market for 13 days, and it sold above my expected price and the expected market price. The practicality of selling with James Dwyer continued in the same easy manner. Communication from both the agent and the office staff was professional, timely and courteous. They were always more than happy to work around me, and I was always kept in the loop in regard to what was going on with potential buyers. Right up until the day I moved out James was keeping in touch and happy to help out where he could. While I am hoping to not have to move again for a long time, it will be James Dwyer that I head to when I do want to sell.
