We are really impressed with James. He is honest with us and has been a very dependable advocate in all things related to our selling/buying process. I have confidence in him because he has answers for our questions and isn't afraid to go into detail when we ask. He also has people he trusts that he goes to when he isn't 100% sure. This is so much better than someone who magically has all the answers. His passion for the business is clear and he helped us get excited about the process. Selling your home and buying a new one is a lot of work but he was able to make sure we were always focused on the right things so we never felt like we were wasting our time.
