I was a first-time home buyer and was really glad to have James helping me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and never once made me feel pressured to buy something or move faster than I was comfortable with. I genuinely felt like his goal was to help me find the place that was right for me. He's also just a super nice guy. He's easy to communicate with, and was always responsive.
