James assisted with every aspect of the sale from securing two separate staging consultations to assisting in securing us a handy person to assist with minor repairs, and a cleaner and window cleaner to get the place ready. His photographer was absolutely fantastic and made the place look incredible. James spared no expense and had the home laser-measured for floor plans, professionally photographed, had a professional video tour completed and even had a drone fly in the area to capture an aerial view of the house. The stager James brought in completely transformed the space and the professionally designed brochure James has created for prospective buyers looked like it belonged in a magazine! James communicated with us throughout the process and no detail was too small for him to take care of - he even introduced himself to the neighbours to make sure they felt comfortable with the many showings that were happening at the house.
