It is difficult to express ALL of my wonderful and amazing thoughts and experiences that I have had with Jamie in a short review and is always more meaningful sharing it with someone/people in person but here it goes. Yes, Jamie is my real estate agent but more so he has become a friend. When I first met Jamie and was wanting to explore the market and my options I honestly wasn’t really sure what to expect as it was a first time for me. Jamie made sure that my best interest ALWAYS came first. Yes there were homes that I was interested in and yes he always made time to show them to me but there were SO many times throughout the process that he made time meet with me just to sit down and see how I was doing, catch up and discuss things to make sure how I was feeling about things and if at any point my plans or feelings had changed. There were many times that I would contact Jamie last minute to ask him questions or to see if he could come by quickly at some point and he always made time. Times where I was unsure of things. Times I was doubting myself and my decisions and of course being my first time I’m sure this is natural. He always gave me comfort letting me know that when the time is right things WILL happen. Jamie was both a professional and a friend. When it was time to do viewings, showings, crunch numbers and look at the reality of things he was NOTHING SHORT of professional and amazing and what he did! But there was the other side of him to me that was more important; he GENUINELY cared about my feelings and got to know me on a personal level! Yes, Jamie is in the real estate business but he doesn’t just sell homes. He CARES and makes dreams happen! Of course I have heard stories and experiences from friends and family in the past when they were on the market themselves and having run in to agents that just ‘sell houses to sell houses’ and have no real human connection. Hey there’s no point in beating around the bush if you want the truth. This is the reality of things. But this isn’t Jamie in any way! Jamie connects with you on a personal level. He wants to get to know you as a person and what you truly are looking and hoping for and dreaming of! He will take the time that is necessary! Whether you find your dream in weeks, months or however long it takes he will always have put what’s in your best interest first! Jamie truly and honestly made things in my life happen and I am in place that I WANT and HOPED to be because of him! I can’t thank him enough for everything that he has done for me and I have made a new friendship with a great person in the process!
