Over the years I have worked with several realtors. Generally speaking I always felt like I was the one pushing to ask the right questions, find the right property and avoid the potholes. My past realtors were fine but in practice it felt like I was doing the work and they were more there as facilitators rather than leaders or partners in the process. It was after work with Jane that I realized how valuable a realtor could be. She was driven, knowledgeable and its clear that exceptional client service is not a few buzz words for her but rather a creed to live by. Her staging was impeccable and she guided me and my wife through several stages of negotiations to bring us to a number well beyond what we expected. The core thing I would call out here is not that we sold above asking (that's pretty common in todays market). Its that it we sold well above expectations and in record time. I could not recommend Jane enough!
