I am admittedly a “difficult” person who is always wary of anyone “selling,” even if it is someone I personally hire to do a job for me. I am demanding, ask tough questions, expect professional answers and always expect best efforts and results when working on my behalf, or selling to me. Jane is awesome, always professional, offering great advice backed by my empirical data and personal anecdotes that ALWAYS had me feeling that I was being represented by “the best!” Even in those times when I was a little too demanding or unrealistic with my expectations Jane had a way of being firm and emphatic without making me feel silly while retaining both her dignity and mine. Real estate involves BIG dollars, and the market weeds out those who are not prepared, unprofessional or uninformed, and Jane was excellent in all these fronts. I was on the “opposite” side with her in the purchase of my home, where she worked for the sellers. Three years later, I signed her up to handle the sale of my cottage, and she was first-rate all the way. Suffice to say that my next, and indeed all my real estate purchases and sales will gladly be trusted to Ms. Kutikov, who “knows her stuff” in all aspects of pricing, staging and negotiation.
