Jannette was extremely good with, not only, ideas and suggestions to us to improve the staging of the house but actively working herself to stage and improve the lawn and gardens outside the house. She was also very willing to personally attend to every open house and as often as we wished. She is also very knowledgeable about the odd details of the negeotiations or would quickly find the answer if unsure. She has lots of useful contacts and was always friendly, eager and readily available.
