Reply: Mike, Victoria and their family were awesome to deal with as first time homebuyers in the Merritt area. I really appreciated that despite their wants and desires, they were able to see a situation from all angles which really helped when dealing with sellers and tenants involved in their purchase. They were extremely patient, they had their ducks in a row, and had a great sense of humor to boot (or at least they pretended to laugh at all my jokes!)
