Jared is probably the most honest realtor you can find. We looked at a number of houses in our area, and he didn't sugarcoat things to try and get a sale. He was very honest about the state of them whether it was current issues or possible future issues, even when it meant his time spent going through a property with us was a wash. We never felt rushed into a decision, and he was very good about breaking things down into easy to understand pieces and removing a lot of the stress from the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially if you want a great promotional video of your home (he really puts his heart into those).
