I googled "best realtor I duncan, bc" and Jason's name came up on several sites. He did not dissapoint! From the very start to removal of conditions he was professional, readily available, organized, thorough, prepared. Something that also stood out was how considerate Jason was about my schedule, family needs and space so that this process had the most minimal stress as possible. He very much was aware of the market we were working with at any given time and was able to provide valuable insight that allowed me to make informed and accurate decisions on the fly with the subtke shifts/trends. I had pulled the listing temporarily while out of country....but Jason continued to watch the changes in the market. As a result of his dedication to me as his client, he reached out while I was on vacation to inform me. I ended up listing the while away knowing I was in good hands and as Jason had demonstrated his exceptional skills. Jason, with his colleague Hannah, worked together with others they network with to get my home staged and tidy for showings while I was out of country. It was amazing how fast and seamless it pulled together. They were very creative in implementing solutions. Jason's communication was thorough and always kept me immediately informed. He went above and beyond to address issues as they came up offering information and wisdom from his years of experience. I never felt rushed, pressured or pushed in any way. I also felt like i was his only client with the amount of attention I recieved ha ha.I felt safe with Jason and his colleague Hannah....confident in his abilities and loyalty to me as a client....along with Hannahs contagious positivity, eagerness, dedication and seamless follow through. She had amazing ideas for some big challenges along the way. As a result, I was able to continue my vacation out of country and recieved a great offer I accepted while away in a touch n go market. I have bought/sold many homes in the preceeding 2 decades. Jason definitely tops my experience with realtors. His calm demeanor and kind, patient approach stood out and made me feel valued as a client(and person)
