He is very well connected and respected in the community, and was able to find a new build partially completed that would close fast for my purchase. In two and a half days, one of them being a holiday (Easter) I was able to see every house I wanted and then some and then secure a build with a top rated builder. Very happy with all his work as I was from out of province and needed the local knowledge.
