Jason is knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. He is an expert in the Kanata and Stittsville area, knowing the history of each neighbourhood including who built which areas and common problems to watch out for. Jason is also a skilled negotiator and knows the market dynamics well, knowing when to offer over or under asking and by how much. I hope I don't need Jason again for a while but I would definitely recommend him.
