Jason has done a horrible job for us and after a couple of month we decided it wasn't worth the inconvenience and that we didn't want to sell. The second we told Jason Sims that he refused to take any of our calls or to return our communication. We contacted him, his second in command and his secretary over 40 times and he refused to respond. It took seven days to get ahold of him and this was only when we took the sign down ourselves and put the staging furniture on our driveway that he came by to get them but he still ignored our requests to take the home off the market and requests for showings continued to come in. Jason took the lock box (and our key) with him 48 hours ago and he refuses to return it or to respond regarding it. We have to go and file a police report to try and get it back tomorrow, we will have to change our locks, and we now have to file complaints with the London and Ontario Real Estate Boards. I posted a comment about what we should do on a local London Moms group I belong to and he had done the same to three other families so far!!!! Agent Realty used to be a lot bigger but they went from hundreds of agents to just the owner Jason, his girlfriend Monica and 4 other agents I believe so it's really small and mickey mouse now. I think he is looking to get into something new and is just trying to make as much as he can on the way out but its at the expense of real people that he basically holds hostage once they sign his contract. We felt that Jason did a lousy job of trying to sell our house and his conduct when we no longer wanted to sell has been abhorrent. You would be silly to even consider buying or selling a house with Jason Sims or with Agent Realty in my opinion. If I could rate my experience a zero I would. I wish someone had warned us so I hope this saves other families the same grief! Imagine your agent not returning the key to your home?!
