It was our good fortune to be Jay’s 100th closing in his real estate career. When we decided to move to the Bellingham area, our kids recommended Jay as they had worked with him and had a wonderful experience. We were living 1,000 miles away and it would be a month until we moved there to temporary lodging. We wanted to start house hunting before the move and Jay was wonderful. We would pick places and he would take us on a tour of the house via FaceTime. When we did find our “dream house” he advised us on bidding figures and recommended we write a letter to the sellers and include a photo of us. There was a lot of action on the property, but his advice and speedy production of an offer got us the house. He has great communication skills and a fine attention to details. We can’t thank him enough and highly recommended him.
