As time went on and years passed there became a very clear leader. Jay impressed me so much watching his progress over time that when I suddenly decided life needed a big change and I was going to sell my home, I didn’t hesitate to text Jay Lesky. I reassured myself this is a very personal choice and I needed to go with what felt right. There were so many things that stood out for me about him. In his videos he jumps out as super personable and energetic. Jay has an online presence that reaches far and wide. Those are only a couple of the reasons I knew he was going to be my only call. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience. I felt that he worked so hard for me in the sale of my home. I never wavered in feeling like Jay put me first as his client. I didn’t feel that this was just about a sale. He made the exchange personal and truly went out of his way to be sure all was going to go smoothly with the sale, the move, and everything in between. This is not a guy that does this job part time or when he gets around to it. He commits and goes full steam ahead. Since closing he has thanked me numerous times for putting my trust in him and his expertise, and I ABSOLUTELY did without question. I am beyond grateful to him for being so excellent as my realtor and he would be my first and only call if buying or selling in future without question. Truly, he could not have done anything more than he did. My buyer and their realtor put bumps in the road; not only did Jay take them in stride but he helped me so much to stay positive and keep the ball rolling in the right direction. He didn’t care if something was “his job”, he went above and beyond to even help my buyer and realtor (even if it didn’t mean there was anything in it for him). I’m not certain the deal would have gone ahead as it did if not for Jay and his team, who I also have been so thankful for. Pay it forward has it together and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am.
