Jay has been absolutely amazing. He guided us with things to do to make our home appeal to buyers. Showed support when I would feel down. Promoted our house on all social media to bring multiple traffic through our home with showings, open houses. Lots of low ball offers plus 2 good offers with conditions that fell through due to financing. It's been a very difficult selling time, however things are starting to move and we are looking forward to getting the news we have an offer. I would strongly recommend Jay!!
