We loved working with Jay when we sold our house. We were extremely impressed at the amount of time and effort he put in to market the house, including the many open houses held. We listed in November at the worst time, and he still managed to get us 2 different offers and sell the house before Christmas! We will definitely work with him again in the future, and love that our realtors became good friends.
