We had a niche property to sell which narrowed our buying audience significantly. Jay and his team were so incredible to work with through the entire process. The market was difficult, the political climate was difficult, the societal pressures were evident and yet Jay showed up, gave advice when we asked, worked above and beyond to market and show our property and became a friend in the process. Texts and emails were answered within seconds; weekends, holidays, late nights, Jay was there. Countless strategy conversations took place and we really felt the entire time that he was working for us and with us.
