Do not use Jay Lesky or Pay It Forward Realty unless you want an unethical and incompetent realtor and real estate company. After reviewing an offer on the phone with Jay Lesky that included the finance clause (the most basic clause to for everyone to include) - he changed the name of the realtor to Jake Laracy and removed the financial clause. I believed i could trust him because i have known him for years - so we signed without having a lawyer review and are now being sued. As soon as i printed the paperwork and seen the finance clause was missing i contacted Jay Lesky who refused to correct the error despite not having provided the offer to the seller - this was intentional! The house was renovated by Jay Lesky - he had a personal financial stake. I wouldn't let Jay Lesky or pay it forward realty sell a barbie house at a yard sale with a dozen lawyers reviewing the paperwork. Please see my profile picture for a screenshot of our conversation - 1 - only clause requested - financing 2 - Jay Lesky reviewed the contract on the phone with me alone - note he acknowledges keeping my husband out of the discussions. 3 - Jay Lesky changed the realtor name on the offer to Jake Laracy the kid that showed me the house - i never spoke to him. 4 - Jay Lesky changed the contract to exclude financing. 5 - Jay Lesky rushed me sign the contract on behalf of myself and my husband while on the phone skipping through reading it. I signed electronically over the phone. I trusted him. 6 - when printed the offer i immediately contacted Jay Lesky to correct the error. 7 - Jay Lesky took the offer to the seller without making the correction. He had 1 hour and 35 minutes to make the correction before showing it. 8 - Jay Lesky was also the real estate agent representing the buyer. 8 - Jay Lesky is an unethical and unprofessional real estate agent. Reply:    Lori You really need to take some accountability here you left my client in an awful situation. You knew exactly what you were doing and You begged me to accept your offer. I referred you to an agent in Our brokerage so you had your own representation and No, I was not financially involved. You went in firm you knew exactly what it meant and when it was excepted, you brought the deposit in three days later And if you didn’t want the place, you would’ve brought your deposit in the lies keep coming. 2 reasons that you wanted to back out 1) is because you were trying to keep your husband from finding out you forged his signature on the paperwork, which was a huge issue and that’s where things went sour. Me know this information I Had to have you come to your husband after you beg me not to tell him. 2) You backing out of this deal Was because you found something you liked better and didnt listen to me when I told you it was too late. You need to be accountable. The reason you’re throwing this in my face is because you’re being sued and you don’t like what’s going to happen. This is a good start for you to start taking ownership and being honest and upfront.
