To say that Jay and the Pay it Forward team went above and beyond the call of duty would be a great understatement. Everyone on the team that we dealt with responded to our calls or messages promptly, provided answers to any questions we had, and always put our minds at ease during the stress and struggles of buying and selling a house. We have raved to all our family and friends about the excellent customer service and care that Jay and the whole team provided. Jay always picked up the phone, whether it was 10am on a Sunday morning, or 10pm on a Friday night. He really believed in our house and didn't stop working until we got the price we wanted for it. Even after our house was sold, he continued to help us out with some of our moving plans as well. Grant was instrumental in us purchasing our dream home, and we cannot be more thankful to him for getting us our country property. Mariah was very helpful in hosting our open houses, and provided great social media coverage of our property during the open house. Matt was extremely helpful to us when showing our house, and even came over to watch our dogs in the backyard when we were at work. We are so grateful to everyone on the team, and would be happy to recommend them to anyone!
