I initially called and spoke with two other agents in the Markham area before getting in touch with Jay. With the amount of attention to detail, friendly demeanour, and professional attitude I can’t think of a better person to have worked with to sell our old home and buy our dream home. He helped us price our property based on a proper market analysis, and our property sold in 20 days, during a buyers market. He also helped us buy the house we wanted and was able to negotiate a better deal than we expected. He was very forthcoming with any information, no matter how small it was which we really appreciated. Even after both closings (sale and purchase) he has continued to keep in touch with us for any concerns we may have. Jay really goes above and beyond for his clients and we were lucky to have worked with him for the most important transaction of our lives.
