When I first met Jay he was very easy going and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He listened to what I was looking for and what peaked my interest when it came to my future home. So when it came time to look at properties, Jay made sure I was able to see all the properties I liked and had chosen, along with other properties that he had thought I would like. As we were viewing properties, Jay had pointed out things that I would have never thought of, like noise from the highways or roads when all the windows were closed. He mentioned that it would be hard to relax after a days work with all that noise. This showed that he understood me and what kind of things were important to me, since I work nights and need to sleep during the daytime. When we found the townhouse that I liked, I had a budget in mind and Jay was able to find and negotiate the price to within my budget. This made me really happy. I got my dream home within my budget. Needless to say, the entire transaction went very smoothly. He even helped me negotiate buying furniture from the previous owners of the property. This was not a part of his job, but he helped me anyway. He really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Jay to my family and friends and would have no doubts calling him again for any home buying needs.
