Jay went above and beyond our expectations. He put our needs as his priority and we felt very, comfortable working with him. He came with realtor experience along with his experience in other fields construction, furnace, hot water etc.. He worked with us like a good friend and mentor than just some real estate agent who wanted to just push us to buy some property. Even when we had given up he had all the patience to keep us on track and found us a house that met everything we need.
