We needed to sell our current home and used that money to buy a new home. Ideally we like to complete the sale of the current home before buying the new one so we don't have to borrow money unnecessarily, and Jayden helped us to achieve that goal. The time between completing the sale of old property and taking possession of the new one was one week of which we found was perfect. Jayden helped us picked a reasonable sale price so we could sell in time before taking possession of the new place. He helped us with every step along the way from listing to finding a mortgage broker to finding the new place. He was always accessible, and answered our questions/requests in a timely manner; very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional. We hope we don't have to move again, but if we do, we would definitely use Jayden's service again.
