As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated Jeff’s patience and knowledge. It truly felt like he cared about us, our family, our wants, our needs, and our budget. He was very knowledge about the market and house conditions. We viewed a few fixer-uppers and Jeff always said “I don’t want to cause more work for you.” We viewed 13 houses before we found the one. Jeff never pushed us and was always willing to go see one more. He also had a lot of great contacts (e.g., mortgage broker, duct cleaner, house inspector) and we appreciated how well the team jived together. It was a well oiled machine. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house.
