Geoff was referred to me by a colleague. We had a quick turnaround. He helped me see commercial buildings and gave his opinion based on his experience, which was quite valuable. Saved us a lot of time by not seeing some places that did not fit Our requirement. He was able to close the deal. Would suggest he could be a little more aggressive with negotiation in the future, but very friendly and easy to work with. Very flexible.
