We were able to establish a video call, when it was needed and communication in general was great. Jeff was available for a call on time and the conversation was always pleasant, sometimes with a humor, which for me is a type of a conversation I like. On the offer day, Jeff explained the strategy we will stick to and we prepared all the needed documents' variants in advance. As the new offers arrived to the seller, Jeff updated us and confirmed that we still want to work according to the plan. The result: we bought the house. One more thing, is that Jeff pointed out some important things in the listing, that I have missed, and suggested to change the offer sum accordingly (in our case, to decrease the offer sum). All in all we are happy we've found Jeff and would recommend him to others.
