Jeff was knowledgeable of what to look for in houses that suited various needs communicated to him, he was proactive in explaining the various processes involved in obtaining home ownership (and proactive in advising when relevant properties were up for sale), and he was always ready to answer any questions we had (regardless of when they were asked).
