We were trying to purchase a home and this realtor did not at first disclosed that the home was a grow up. When probed on why this was not mentioned in the advertisement, his answer was 'oops sorry we forgot'. I would recommend that you not use this realtor. I very much doubt that he is bothered about anything but the end result and his commission. I would give him Zero for Moral and Ethics.
