As a first time home buyer, Jeff’s experience and guidance made the whole process smooth and seamless. We had a very tight turn around time and I greatly appreciated the extra work he put in to ensure the deal went through on time. His contacts in the industry were also very helpful as we worked to organize meetings with the bank and set up inspections. He’s very knowledgeable in the field and gave great insights throughout the process, and continued to be of help even after the deal was closed. I would very highly recommend Jeff if you are looking for a home in Kitchener/Waterloo area!
