Jeffrey took a challenging and emotionally fraught situation and helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel! Within a short time frame, we needed to sell our property and buy a less expensive one, closing both on the same day. He made himself available for direction, advice and encouragement whenever we needed it. He even loaned us his power washer to help prep the house for showing. 5 stars! Would definitely recommend!
