Jenessa was my stalwart advocate and advisor during a challenging and prolonged search for my new home in Cape Breton. Her subject-matter expertise was critical in making an informed decision about the purchase. She was knowledgeable and savvy about the local real estate market, and identified potential problems in the homes we viewed which I had missed. I had very peculiar requirements in my house search, and Jenessa adapted very well to these. She was incredibly responsive, professional, patient, dedicated and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
