The day of the appointment she contacted us to inform us there was an offer accepted and our appointment was cancelled. It saved us a long trip to Brantford. We made an appointment with another representative in a different area. Upon arriving at the appointed time the agent informed us the seller had signed back an offer for 2 hours after our appointment. We felt felt used to promote a bidding war. Jennifer even gave assistance to us during the sale of our home when we had concerns.
