Before working with Jennifer Dernek, I had a disappointing experience with another agent who wasn’t meeting our needs. Communication was slow, often taking a day or two to hear back, and there was little effort to negotiate on our behalf or go the extra mile. Jen was the complete opposite and truly phenomenal! She was responsive, proactive, creative, and always willing to think outside the box. She genuinely cared about our needs, advocated for us, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported throughout the process. The difference in service was night and day. I couldn’t recommend Jen enough to anyone looking for an agent who truly puts their clients first!
