Jennifer Dernek was a delight to work with! She made the whole process of finding a condo in North York so much easier and was genuinely a pleasure to deal with throughout. We had some pretty specific things we were looking for, and Jennifer was incredibly dedicated to finding us a place that actually fit all of our needs. Her knowledge of the North York and Toronto market was a huge help and she was always available whenever we had questions. She was incredibly responsive and made the entire process feel much less stressful. What was especially impressive is that the condo apartment that we ended up choosing wasn’t even one we had found ourselves. We were supposed to tour another condo in the area but the showing was cancelled. Jennifer quickly found another unit nearby and suggested we take a look and it ended up being the place we loved the most! We’re really happy with how everything worked out and couldn’t recommend Jennifer enough. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive realtor to help you find a condo or home in North York or Toronto, Jennifer was incredibly helpful and just really great to work with!
