This is the third time we have worked with Jennifer - we found our first rental apartment in Toronto through her, then she helped us buy our condo in 2023 and most recently helped us sell our condo in August 2026. It was a challenging market and we had a tight timeline for selling, but Jennifer was able to get the price we were looking for within 3 months. She was very responsive and kept us updated the entire time, which was very helpful considering we were trying to sell the condo while living abroad. She is very knowledgeable and we were grateful for her advice and expertise in the process. She is also very kind and practical, and she answered all of our questions (of which we had many, because it was our first time buying and selling property).
