Jen went the extra mile to help us find the exact condo we were looking for. Due to some issue, we had to walk out on an almost-finalized deal but she didn't complain one bit. Instead, she reassured us that she will help us find the perfect match and proactively kept looking for a place that checked all our boxes. We needed it to be close to the subway, and she would give us options complete with walking distance to the station. Also, even after we found our condo, she continued to help us with some paperwork although she was in no way obliged to do so. I recommend her because of her sincerity and because she genuinely puts her heart into her work - I still remember the excitement in her voice when she found a great deal for us.
