I had a cottage lot listed with Jen last year, which did not sell. I found out just recently that an acquaintance tried to purchase it, they claimed to have called her twice, once she was "on vacation" and the second time she just didn't return their call. They ended up buying another piece of land similar in location and price. I feel that she cost me the sale of my land because she didn't have anyone looking after my listing while she was on vacation.
