I bought my first condo with Jennifer after she stepped in for another broker. While she was sharp with numbers, she lacked kindness and empathy. As the only non-disabled member of my household, she took $5,000 from me. Another broker informed me this was unethical, as brokers typically offer cashback incentives. When I confronted Jennifer, she yelled at me and was verbally abusive. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially during such a significant financial transaction. My partially blind mother even had to loan me money. Jennifer neither values kindness nor client feedback. Today, I reported her to the OREA real estate board after receiving another email about a Christmas photo shoot. I am not friends or family and have repeatedly asked her to stop emailing me.

It is not possible for deposits to be handled in the manner you've described, as all payments are made directly to the builder’s lawyers during pre-construction. Furthermore, I have always maintained the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and would never engage in such behavior. Your review is both misleading and damaging to my reputation, and I kindly request that you remove it immediately. False statements like these not only hurt my business but also undermine the trust that is essential in our industry.
