Jennifer was incredibly patient with my wife and I when we were selling our condominium.  We had it on the market in March when COVID first struck, and asked her if we could take it off the market.  She did so without any pushback, even though we were still obligated by our contract.  She kept in touch with us just to give us updates on how things were going and we felt very confident when we listed our unit again with her in the fall.  She actually ended up creating a bidding war on our condo and we are quite happy with the offer we accepted!  She has continued to give us advice even though we only wanted to rent.  A very considerate and thoughtful person.  We truly feel that we can trust her!
