I started off looking at a new build with very specific requirements for a garage and Jen came prepared with tons of info and asked all the questions of the builders I hadn't even thought of asking. After a couple months of looking into and negotiating on a new build, I threw her a huge curveball when I found a house on the market outside the city and gave her very little notice that I wanted to tour the house. Jen was prepared with market data and sound advice while we toured, and we made an offer. I was impressed by how quickly she was able to change gears and all the small things she took care of like getting a sample of the well water tested so that it was ready for the bank. There was absolutely no pressure from her on what to offer - her concern was making sure that I was completely comfortable with my offer. I feel like that's such a rare quality to find in the real estate industry. On the selling side, she was equally fantastic to work with. The staging advice and photo/video marketing were great (thanks for loaning me the dining table!) and made the house show very well. She did an excellent job keeping me informed of showings and went into detail reviewing and comparing offers with me which made the entire process go smoothly. I highly recommend Jen - her friendliness, patience, communication and knowledge make her a pleasure to work with.
