We hired Jennifer to sell our family home in Tuxedo. It had previously been listed with another Realtor and did not sell, we felt mostly due to a lack of marketing. We received regular updates including a formal weekly report card, and she even virtually staged some of the rooms in the home to show them in an optimal light. I didn’t know this option even existed! Anyways, we had the home on the market with her for 12 days before it was sold at the same price we had it listed at with our previous Realtor. We are super happy with the result. I just wish we had used her from the start!
