I had a bad experience with Purple Bricks and was given the name by another individual who had had a similar experience, and had then listed with Jen and sold quickly.  Our house sold quickly too once we listed with Jen.  Her marketing was beautiful, communications on-point.  She is quite personable and easy to talk to.  She will also tell it like it is, which I really appreciate.
