I rank real estate agents depending on knowledge and social skills, and Jennifer and her team passed them all with excellent marks. She spoke to me about the various items including insulation options, electrical, plumbing, shingles, etc. and gave me current and factual information in all instances (I did my research too just to be safe). In addition, she did look like she was genuinely listening and that made me trust her. She knows how to get her point across and I enjoyed the communication discipline she displayed. To me, she ranks as the best agent I have met yet.
