After a pretty negative experience with our initial realtor, Jerad was a breath of fresh air! Professional, friendly and understanding of our needs, Jerad helped us find our perfect home. He took the time to answer all of our questions, was very accommodating of our busy work schedules and spoiled us with a great bottle of wine on closing :) We will definitely work with Jerad again in the future!
