We are grateful that we had Jeremy helping us get our first home. We did few viewings with him through zoom, and with his knowledge he was able to give us a general idea of exterior and interior condition of the properties, a compact version of a house inspection, which made everything easier for us. He is not only there to collect his commission, he actually cares. If he sees something concerning, he will tell you right away. He is also knowledgeable of the different neighbourhoods, which is helpful, since we have 2 kids. Super responsive, and patient with the newbies we are.
