With the sale of my house, Jeremy had to go above and beyond. In the midst of getting several offers, my roof started leaking during a rain storm. Besides having to get a new roof, there was also water damage. Things were put on hold while a new roof and repairs were done and, with everyone so busy, this took time. There was a time when Jeremy used his own initiative to get someone out to my home just before a long weekend. After repairs were completed, we put together a new plan and my house sold despite the downward spiral in the market.
